Product Description The Clean Mate Infinivo QQ2 is everything you love about the Clean Mate Vacuum QQ1 - plus more! Tired of sweeping? Vacuuming? Not being able to reach under all your furniture? Finally, there is a product that will do all the work - so you don't have to. This amazing robotic vacuum will move around your house picking up dirt, dust and pet hair while you sit back and relax. As well as vacuuming, this small vacuum will kill bacteria and deodorize with its ultraviolet light. This mini vacuum cleaner goes under beds, sofas, tables and other places where upright vacuums can't. The remote control can be embedded into the upper cover and easily commands the vacuum to clean any part of the room. This robot vacuum is so smart it can even detect stairs to avoid tumbling down! The five step repetitive rotations guarantee the most effective way to cover all of your room - please see Other Info tab for cleaning pattern details. This automatic vacuum can clean for up to 70 minutes before having to be recharged - and it can resume cleaning for an additional 40 minutes after battery recharging completion. It will beep to notify you when it gets stuck and will return to its home base when low on battery power. Use it on carpets (not on long plush carpet), hardwood or tile floors to get your house dirt free. It will clean carpet, hardwood, tile and linoleum floor. It WILL NOT clean plush"

Do not buy September 12, 2008 DVD 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The 4th time I ever ran the vacuum cleaner, it stopped working and ran in a circle over and over again for an hour. One wheel completely stopped moving. The company's website has a FAQ, and "wheel malfunction," was listed as a common problem due to a defective motor. The solution they listed was to contact the company for a replacement; however, when I emailed the company about this apparently common problem, they were very unhelpful. Thank God I kept my receipt, as they weren't even willing to talk with me until I emailed a copy of my receipt to them. Even after I sent them my reciept they made me jump through a variety of hoops filling out deliberately confusing paper-work in order to get my repair done. They then refused to just mail me my replacement motor. I finally got approval to mail back my cleaner for repairs. After paying $20 in postage to mail back the cleaner, I never again heard from metapo, nor have I gotten my repaired/replaced vacuum in the mail. In fact, when I emailed metapo to find out why they decided not to honor their warranty even after approving me for repairs, they decided to stop answering my emails. I have never had a worse customer service experience. You'd think that the company would be sympathetic to selling me a product that has a motor they know to be defective. Do not buy this product, or anything else from metapo. At best, they are inept and making and servicing their product. At worst, they're deliberate thieves.
AVOID this one May 31, 2008 E. Paik (NY) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R346P29D2ILV1C Vacuum itself is great on hardwood floors and tiles. It picks up tiniest dusts and I'm not sure if it really works, but UV light was a good feature. QQ2 supposed to have a light sensor that it comes out to the lighter area when it finishes its job but that doesn't really happen. It always stopped vacuuming under bed or sofa. This vacuum had hard time climbing up to the small carpeted area from wooden floors. It was alway stuck between those areas and I had to pick up the vacuum by hand. This vacuum is not so smart and has hard time finding a home base. I had to place the vacuum near (within 1ft) the home base for it to find it. Don't expect too much that it'll charge on its own when the battery dies because it can never find a home base even if its in the same room. I had this vacuum for exactly a year now and it malfunctioned 3 times on me and I had to send it out to Metapo's california tech support. They never fixed it properly and after the 3rd time, they finally sent me a new vacuum but that also stopped working within a month. They don't really know how to fix their machine properly and they seemed to be nice about it when it broke for the first time but after that, they try hard not to be responsible for it. When I had to spend my own money to ship out this machine 3 times because they never fixed it right on the first try, they should really be sorry about it. But instead, they treated me like an annoying customer. When I contacted them that the new vacuum stopped working within a month, they delayed their response on purpose and waited until my 1yr warranty expires which was 5/27/08. I initially loved this vacuum, even it broke several times. However, non-working vacuum gives you a headache and you'll be lucky if this machine lasts more than a year. This Vacuum is cheaply made and now I see that there is a reason why this one is cheaper than Roomba. I'm attaching a video to show how this vacuum is malfunctioning.

Nice toy, crappy vacuum. The robot gets stuck within the first few minutes of use (each time we tried to use it). Totally useless and a waste of money... unless you have no furniture or corners in your house.
So far, so good August 23, 2007 Alkaline Grandma 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This vac does everything the product description says it does. It picks up well, and really does return to its homebase on its own for recharging! I purchased it for picking up fur that is constantly being shed by two, large labs. It works well for this function, but I wish it had a larger capacity dirt storage compartment. I have to stop the vac quite often to clean it out. However, I have no basis for comparison since this is the first robotic vac I have purchased, and I don't know anything about the size of compartments on other brands.
