Some people are so mechanically challenged that when an appliance malfunctions, they just replace it, too "duhmb" to realize you can just replace a battery! I'm so glad I found about this battery for my Roomba 500 before throwing out the robot -- that would have been such a waste. My Roomba had been running out of energy and getting stuck all over the apartment, not cleaning properly, never returning to dock. With this new battery...WOW! It's working like new again. Fantastic!

This battery replaced the original one in our Roomba 530. The run time was much greater than the original battery, which decreased to less than 1/2 hour over a 2 year period. Highly recommended.

I was somewhat hesitant to order a non-irobot battery but price of this one convinced me to give it a try. I was very please with the speed of arrival and thequality of the battery. It works perfectly! No complaints at all about this purchase. I highly recommend to anyone who needs to replace their robot battery.
